ONE-ON-ONE COACHING AND CONSULTING

Leadership development is not one-size-fits-all!  One-on-one coaching guides the journey toward desired results at the pace that makes the most sense for the individual. Using a customized approach to understand what's important to both the individual and the organization, we partner to set clear development objectives, and work together toward those goals to create a strong, resilient, and ever-growing leader.

Most one on one coaching is for a 4-6 month engagement and occurs on zoom, with the option of in person coaching for clients located in downtown Boston.

GROUP COACHING: WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION

Internal group coaching enables like-minded professionals within your organization to learn from each other, while also experiencing coaching for themselves.  Group coaching provides an intimate conversation space to discuss challenges, obstacles, learnings, and best practices related to their role, goals, and day to day.

Group coaching is great to supplement existing L&D offerings as a venue to help managers practice and implement their learnings from the classroom.  

Most group coaching is for groups of 5-10 individuals and meets on a regular bi-weekly or every 3 week cadence for a set period of time.  Group coaching is offered in person in Boston for organizations, or remotely on zoom if preferred.

GROUP COACHING: OUTSIDE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION

External group coaching enables professionals from your organization to participate in a group with professionals from other organizations that have similar experiences and goals.  This type of group coaching provides a diverse forum to discuss challenges, obstacles, learnings and best practices, opening your employee up to the wealth of knowledge and perspective from other professionals. 

Most group coaching is for groups of 5-10 individuals and meets on a regular bi-weekly or every 3 week cadence for a set period of time.  Group coaching is offered remotely on zoom if preferred.

HR CONSULTING: HIPO PROGRAMS

High Potential (HIPO) Employee Programs are a popular topic among HR leaders today as a way to develop, engage, and retain top talent.  HIPO programs are additive to standard learning & development offerings, and often require a more customized approach level of detail required.  

As a subject matter expert in HIPO programs, together we can determine if a HIPO program makes sense for you, and how to best approach it for your population.
