About the event
This group will bring strong and driven people managers at a similar level together in an intimate conversation space to discuss challenges, obstacles, learnings, and best practices related to managing in the post COVID-19 "return to office," and hybrid working environment.
The group will be led by Liz Walker, a seasoned HR professional and executive coach who will provide a safe space for you to share, learn, and grow together. You will come to sessions ready to share the challenges you are curently, (or anticipate) facing and have the opportunity to be coached and seek input from each other. Through this group coaching process you will develop key takeaways and action items to move forward in accomplishing your goals and providing the best support you can to your direct reports and your company overall.
Investing in group coaching will help prepare you for the leadership challenges ahead, and set you apart by preparing you to handle the various twists and turns that managing a hybrid workforce will throw at you.
We are aiming to hold the group every other Wednesday, from 4-6 pm EST from October 6, 2021 to Dec 1, 2021. (Final date and time TBD based on participants schedules and preferences!)
Group coaching includes:
- 5, bi-weekly 2-hour group coaching sessions on zoom
- 1, 45-minute 1:1 coaching session on zoom
- Custom tools and resources on managing a hybrid workforce and general managing techniques
Cost is $699/person*
*ENROLL BY 8/31/21 to receive a 30% early bird discount, bringing the enrollment cost to $490
Note: The group size is limited to 6 participants and is intended for Managers and Sr. Managers, and new Directors who have been managing a team of 2 or more for at least 12 months.
